Davao Wedding Reception Package

it all started when a former colleague just got married. i am impressed with how prepared he was. the wedding was held in davao city, and the reception was in marco polo hotel (i think the most expensive hotel in davao). it was elegant, classic and a dream wedding i would say.

i am not getting married soon, but i was so inspired that i began searching for wedding gowns, venues and receptions in davao. of the wedding packages that i have read, i was surprised i found one that offers an all-in-one package at a very affordable price. they have a package for as low as P 51,000.00, all-in, good for 100 persons. beat that!

go to this site to check their offerings. :-)

So what if he broke up with you?

what would you do if your man broke up with you?

cry? maybe, for couple of days. but for month? it’s too much. i don’t think getting depressed would win him back, either. don’t be pathetic in trying too much to win him over. if he loves you, he’ll come back to you. if he does not, then set him free. i’m sure someone else will love you the way you want to be loved. (i know, sounds easy to do…)

move on, move forward. get up and improve yourself. be a better person. show him he made a mistake by leaving you behind. do what used to make you happy, before he even became your man. study and learn new things. discover yourself. love yourself. spend time with your family and friends. go out and enjoy life.

life does not end with that heartbreak. the fact that you are still breathing, and alive, means life can go on even without him. trust in yourself, and above all, trust in God. :-)

Goodbye PeopleSupport, Hello Sitel!

today is my first day in Sitel. after 2 1/2 years of working in PeopleSupportĀ  (before it “merged” with Aegis), i am starting again in another company. i really don’t like transferring from one company to another – might be because of the adjustments, new environment, new faces. yes, it’s because of the change itself.

but why did i transfer if i don’t like moving? our account decided to go to another company, and they wanted us to move with them. i can’t say i had no choices, because i had 3 choices – stay with Aegis and be transferred to another account; go with the account to the other company; get a job in another company that could offer me higher salary. but why did i choose to move with the account? because of the tenure and maybe, their health benefits.

anyways, good luck to all of us! :-)

Sell, sell and sell!

Warning: Battery Low!

i don’t know how many events should i miss before i learn my lesson – that is to make sure i have enough battery to capture the moments.

it happened the first time during UP Centennial’s kick-off ceremony. i did not charge the battery before i left the house, because i did not use my camera that much before that day. we even took several pictures at home before we left.

the moment the parade started, the camera warned about the low battery. shucks! i’m not prepared! so after taking few pictures, i put the camera to rest for the fireworks display later on at night. but too bad for me! the battery became empty even before the program started. haaay!

last december, i went home to davao to attend our church’s annual thanksgiving. i was so excited about it, because it’s been 2 years since the last time i attended. the parlor games started and my sister took a couple of pictures. when the formal service was about to start, there it went again!

uh-oh! i can’t afford to miss this event! but i’m helpless. good thing, i can grab pictures from my friends who came prepared. huhuhu…

i have learned me lesson. the next time i go to an event, i’ll make sure my battery is fully charged!
